Privacy policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy explains what data is collected when you use CDL Test Prep, run by Novanest ATLAS (Morocco), and the choices you have. You do not need an account to use the site, and we never ask for your name, email or test results.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We may show ads served by Google AdSense on study pages. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure them and, where allowed, personalize them based on your visits to this and other websites. Third-party vendors, including Google, use these cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can turn off personalized ads from Google in My Ad Center, and opt out of personalized advertising from many other vendors at www.aboutads.info.

Your consent choices

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and wherever the law requires it, we ask for your consent through Google’s certified consent management platform before cookies are used for advertising or analytics. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Privacy and cookie settings” link in the footer of every page (shown while ads are active). In some US states you can also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information through the same messages.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It records pages viewed, approximate location, device type and two events: when a practice test starts and when it ends, with a score range (for example “80-89”). We do not send names, emails, exact answers or other personal details. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland analytics cookies stay off until you consent (Google Consent Mode).

Hosting (Cloudflare)

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Progress saved in your browser

Your best scores and your light or dark theme choice are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. This data is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

Children

This site is meant for people preparing for a driver’s permit or CDL test. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its use. Because we do not keep accounts or personal profiles, most data is held by Google and Cloudflare under their own policies; we will help with any request we can act on.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
